In cooperation with Talabat and CODED, Abdullah Al Salem University hosted a training workshop titled “NextTechGen” over two days, June 24–25, 2026, at the theater of Building (21 Kh)

The workshop aimed to provide students with a simplified practical understanding of how to build applications and websites, and to highlight the role of artificial intelligence in facilitating and accelerating the process of developing digital ideas and transforming them into executable products 

The workshop covered several practical topics, including the steps of turning an idea into a simple website, using AI tools in planning, content writing, and design, building a presentable prototype, improving user experience through clearer content arrangement and design, and ultimately developing a simple digital idea into a functional prototype product 

This workshop reflects the university’s commitment to equipping its students with modern technical skills, connecting them with expertise from specialized entities in programming and technology, in line with digital transformation and enhancing their readiness for the job market
