Professor Mona Sulaiman Al-Ahmad, President of Abdullah Al Salem University, received His Excellency Mr. Yang Xin, Ambassador of the friendly People’s Republic of China to the State of Kuwait, along with his accompanying delegation. The meeting was attended by Dr. Adel Al-Hussainan, Acting Secretary-General of the University; Prof.Fawaz Al-Anzi, Acting Vice President for Planning, Institutional Excellence, and Innovation; and Dr. Khaled Al-Anzi, Acting Vice President for Informatics and .Digitalization. The reception took place at the university campus in Khaldiya

Professor Al-Ahmad warmly welcomed His Excellency the Ambassador of the People’s Republic of China to Abdullah Al Salem University, affirming the university’s commitment to exchanging expertise and cultures with universities and educational institutions worldwide

She emphasized the university’s readiness to strengthen its international academic and research relations, serving the interests of higher education in both countries and broadening the cultural, scientific, and social horizons of students

Both sides discussed ways to enhance cooperation and academic research aspirations, which in turn contribute to strengthening collaboration between the two countries in the field of higher education

At the conclusion of the meeting, Professor Al-Ahmad presented a commemorative shield to His Excellency the Ambassador of the People’s Republic of China to the State of Kuwait
