Abdullah Al Salem University (AASU) concluded its orientation sessions for new students for the 2026/2027 academic year. The sessions were organized for students of the College of Medicine and Health Sciences, College of Engineering and Energy, College of Computing Systems and Engineering, and College of Business and Entrepreneurship, and were held from September 13 to 16, 2026, across the University campus.

The orientation sessions aimed to familiarize new students with the University, its academic system, and the range of student services and activities available to them. The sessions were designed to facilitate their transition into university life and support their integration into the University community from the first weeks of the new academic year.

The orientation program featured presentations by the Deanship of Student Affairs, highlighting student services, activities, programs, as well as academic support and guidance mechanisms. The Digitalization Department also delivered a presentation on the University’s digital systems and platforms and how students can utilize them to manage their academic journey. In addition, the Support Operations Department presented an overview of key student support services, including university identification cards, transportation services, medical clinics, and food services.

At the conclusion of the orientation sessions, the University reaffirmed its commitment to providing students with a comprehensive university experience and equipping them with the knowledge and tools necessary for a successful academic start. The University also extended its best wishes to all new students for an academic year filled with success and achievement.
