What is the MMI?
The Multiple Mini Interview (MMI) is a series of short stations designed to assess the personal and professional qualities essential for studying medicine.
Each station focuses on a different skill, including:

- Decision-making
- Teamwork
- Scientific thinking
- Resilience and adaptability
- Empathy and professionalism

Why MMI?
At the College of Medicine and Health Sciences, we believe that an outstanding doctor requires more than academic excellence. The Multiple Mini Interview (MMI) helps identify students who demonstrate:

- You are a first-year medical student and notice one of your classmates cheating during an important exam. This exam may affect their ranking and potentially their acceptance into a competitive future program.

- Would you report the incident? Why or why not?
- How would you balance friendship and integrity?
- You are a medical student and receive feedback from one of your professors that your study methods need improvement to enhance your academic performance.
Questions:
- How would you respond to this feedback?
- What steps would you take to improve yourself?
- You are asked to explain a medical condition to an elderly patient who needs to go to the hospital, but the patient is hesitant, frightened, and does not understand medical terminology.
Questions:
- How would you explain the condition to the patient?
- How would you address and manage their fears?
