Abdullah Al Salem University (AASU) is a newly established English-medium public university in Kuwait. AASU is looking for experienced candidates to fill administrative and technical positions in the Purchasing and Stores Department.

Hiring priority was for Kuwaiti nationals.

Specific Requirements of Position

  • High school diploma.
  • At least 2 years of relevant professional experience. 
  • Experience in using inventory management systems.
  • Experience in warehouse management. ﾠ

General Requirements of Department

  • Academic qualification with a general rating of Good or higher from any institution accredited by the Ministry of Education.
  • Age should preferably not exceed 45 years.
  • Kuwaiti nationals, who are subject to the provisions of Law (20) of 2015 regarding national military service, must submit a certificate of performance of active service, or postponement, exception or exemption as applicable.
  • Minimum score of 85% in the oral assessment.
  • Professional proficiency in Arabic and English.ﾠ

  • Scanned copy of nationality certificate.

  • Scanned copy of equivalency certificates from the Ministry of Education in Kuwait for diplomas/certificates issued by any authority other than Ministry of Education (authenticated copies needed if application is successful).
  • Signed and authenticated copies of experience letters. 
  • Scanned copy of recent registration certificate from Public Institution for Social Security (PIFSS).
